For many years, I have adored sunflower seeds. As a child, my grandmother would make them and we would all sit around and converse over these beautiful seeds. As I grew older, I realized my life was heading toward addiction. I couldn't sleep for several nights because I longed for a handful of seeds. I experienced serious withdrawal when I couldn't get ahold of homemade sunflower seeds. I finally decided to reveal my love for sunflower seeds and keep it hidden no more!

oh man, their the best, in Moskva Movie theatre in yerevan, instead of popcorn people just eat sunflower seeds. Yes they are the best, but very addicitive.

Its a pass time activity for Armenians.
