yes if there was a god he would have done something...but there is no god not after what my experiences have told me. So I'm not blaming him. It's not his fault, it's mans fault.

perhaps armenians should ask why our loyal christian population was de-humanised, burned and raped, massacred at the hands of muslims. where was our mighty god to save the innocent lives of 1.5 milllion+ of our kin. where was our god to protect this civilisation that has trodden upon these lands for thousands of years, and hand it over to nomadic satans. a god, that to this day has not been compelled to find justice, and guide us to an ounce of compensation or even a feeling of closure. everything was taken from us (the christian) and given to the parasite (non-christian) and nothing has remotely changed to this day.

this is my qualm with God, and i have yet found a right solution.

Which one is it? there's God but he wasn't there when you needed him or ther's no God at all?

Listen you don't have to believe in God no one asking you to, everyone is free in his own beliefs

If I believe there's God I also shoulld believe there's devil (satan and evil forces) so all that burning, raping, massacers and 1.5 million you're talking about God didn't do that, just think one min. what would've happened to us if we wern't strong in our beliefs.

Once again if you think there's no God it's fine with me, I am just expressing my opinion

If you believe in the idea that God is remote from your being and is supposed to protect and defend you and your people as a guardian, then you're not engaging yourself in faith, but in sheer belief. Faith is that connectedness with God, faith is what brings him into you and makes you strong. It is an enterprise of your heart and soul, it affects the way you use energy in your life, and so it changes your life. It is not good to look at this as an energy/power to be attained from the outside, it is something you must discover in yourself, though not necessarily by yourself (people can help you notice it in yourself).

The hint is that God and spirit energy is not an enterprise of the mind, though you can certainly think about it if you want to express it with mental features, just don't rely on your mind all the time to seek reality, you must also feel the gaps in this reality to find opportunity for variation (I find interacting with nature for a long time and then returning to the city life will show you some of such gaps in our supposed reality).


Belief is an enterprise of the mind, not the soul, because all you do with a belief is cling onto a theory, whether logical or not, that can only exist in your head. Then you either fight to defend your believe and come across as an illogical person, or you abandon your belief. Either way, neither instance leads you to enhancing your personal power, you lack the energy to make use of the real opportunities you have in life, and thus you can blame other people for your problems all you want without ever being able to correct the problems, and if the problem is inherently too big for 1 person, your state of consciousness won't be the kind that will seek out powerful individuals full of spirit who have the kind of energy needed to make positive changes.

I hope that sounded irrational enough to you, you'd better not attempt to "believe" it, that's worthless. This is God, if you want to learn about it, it's inside you.

if you believe there is a satan (convenient) then why dont you also believe that god is also all powerfull (as also dictated in Christian rhetoric). he either is all powerfull and can effect our lives directly, or he plays second fiddle to a greater power; satan. contradictions the way i see it.

just think one min. what would've happened to us if we wern't strong in our beliefs.

i truelly cant imagine anything worse, but perhaps you can.

i respect that. i am undecided if there is no god or not, i just havnt formed a concrete 'faith' as many here. i go to church periodically (as i imagine most od us do), i pray every night and day, i even have a cross tattood on me.

at the moment i try and 'act' like a christian, and thats my way of showing faith. i dont believe god is within me, but rather i can emulate god and his apparent goodwill. more of a lifestyle.

Without evil one wouldn't know good, and without light one wouldn't know darkness. Think of the yin & yang, but more importantly I would suggest you to read about Zoroasterianism, Christian mysticism and some of the works of G. I. Gurdjieff.

Like I said before, God don’t come down and solves our problems every time we are in trouble, God will give us straight and vision to solve our problems, he works through us, but if people have no faith in him he cannot come to them.
How can you watch TV or listen to a radio if you don’t have antennas or cable.

It is proven fact that people do much better in life or in work or anything else you can imagine, wars, writing a book, creativeness, inventions etc. etc. if they believed they were doing it for a cause, even if it was done for the evil cause, but the differences are that eventfully one would take us to distraction and the other will take us to longevity till we start corrupting from within. It is God’s words and God’s faith will keep us in balance to not corrupt, that if we are doing whatever he asks us to do.

No one (maybe few) in this world does what God asks us to do, even myself, but I don’t blame him every time things don’t work out for me. I also strongly believe in his presence. You don’t have to believe in him. Most people blame him. How could he be blamed if he doesn’t exist?
It like a scapegoat for some people, blame the father or the mother, blame the teacher, blame anyone else even God for everything wrong in their lives.

This is the mentality of people these days: someone partys all night, drinks like a fish gets drunk, smokes some weed, gets high, takes the car drives 160 -200 KMPH gets into an accident, kills few innocent people, when recovering in his hospital bed he will think, where was God how could he allow me to loose a leg or be paralyzed. Others will blame the parents because they didn’t raise him right. Others will blame the government because they don’t have enough police on the roads and so on and so on, but never blame the real person.

Sometimes I think that Armenians were made for other people...we were made to be sacrificed for others..soon we will be just a fiction of imagination.I see no faith in Armenians what so ever. I hope...
