Maybe you should give up meat then, I don't know how healthy Taco Bueno is, but I can guarantee overdoing McDonald's isn't good for you.

ehhh... i know it's not good, but i go walk a lot every day and try to go for a at least one long run every week, though i am behind on the runs....
