By the way, you can always pay through Money Order on eBay if you're worried. Nobody will ever know your info, except maybe your name and address. Even then, you can use a business address or PO Box.

O, ok One-Way thanks. Well Im just asking cause Ive never purchased anything from online. Going to the stores is a hassle & time consuming thats why I want to start shopping through the internet.

I do a lot of online shopping...My UPS guy knows my name/car and waves at me if he spots me driving around.
I've never had a problem. You just need to buy from reputable merchants who have secured checkout processes.

If we're talking about ebay specifically, you can use paypal. Then your purchase has some protection with them and you file disputes w/ ebay and paypal if necessary.

Shhh! Careful Mr! There are fewer drivers needed to cover the city, but they each have probably the same number of deliveries per day as drivers in LA. Mine covers our apt complex of 300ish apartments plus whatever other deliveries on his route.
He knows me because I try to be home when I'm expecting a delivery and get an average of 1-2 packages per week.
