I don't have anymore, but you can easily find them.

      It's called search.

as for your toolbar.... have you tried pressing F11?? (i'm no computer whiz so that's probably wrong because I think I am thinking of a different toolbar than the one you're talking about...) anyway if all else fails, pull the plug. I do that a lot. errrhmm. yeah.
F11 merely maximized my window, but thanks for the effort, sport!

I'm beginning to think that the problem is deeper than I initially thought. I might have to format the computer (or whatever it's called).

Try this: If the taskbar is hidden, right-click the Start button, click Properties, and then, on the Taskbar tab, clear the Auto-hide the taskbar check box.
If you have temporarily hidden the taskbar by dragging the top edge down, drag the visible edge upward to redisplay the taskbar.

Emil, just so you know, I really appreciate that you're trying to help. That being said...

You don't understand, my whole desktop is empty, there's absolutely nothing on it - nothing is hiding! The only thing that gets any type of reaction out of my computer is ctrl+alt+delete (the Task Manager pops up, which is how it is possible for me to be able to use the computer at all right now...I open everything through the Task Manager). There is no Taskbar, no Start button, right-clicking on the desktop doesn't even do anything (when normally, it would).

Poo on computers. I HATE COMPUTERS!!!!!!!!!!!
