Did you say "I'm sorry, brother"? Or is "I'm sorry" said as "Je regrette"?

My high school French teacher was a decaying old hag, so it'd be a miracle if I learned anything.

            Oh, and welcome.

Who are some of your favorite musicians or composers? Can you play “Arioso”? Here is a thread with a few facts about each one of us.

Thanks for the kind words and advice, Anileve, I've had my share of experience with usenet and can handle the insults and sarcasm quite well, shall it come up.

As far as composers go, I'm not ashamed to be chiché by saying that Beethoven is my favorite....the Coriolan Overture is just amazing. I also like Mahler, Wagner, Vivaldi (aside from the "four seasons"), I love Sebastian Bach, especially Fugue in G Minor and the brandenbürg concertos, Verdi, et cetera, et certera.

As far as modern music goes, I'm a big Tool fan, NIN, S.o.a.d., King Crimson, Coldplay, Rush, Dream Theater, Portishead, Radiohead, Symphony X, various bop jazz, and Muse!

              And I strive for quality!

                Oh, and welcome.

I attempted to say "I'm so sorry, Brother," but my French teacher was probably as horrid as yours.

Ah, now I like you. You even put the "accent"s.

Flames, "je suis désolé" means "I'm sorry", while je regrette means "I regret", but can be used as "I'm sorry" in some cases.

I'd give a slight edge to your teacher in this case. Unless she's the one that taught you about "laissez-faire"
