Kiss twice on the cheek generally... If greeting an elderly person kiss the back of the hand and press against your forehead softly as a gesture of respect... Facing a female relative or friend whom i regard as a close person to me, hug and kiss on the cheek... For a distant male relative/friend or someone i don't know much, just a hand shake...
