Hello Gang,
I thought it would be nice to have a thread about our use of internet. Siggie told that there used to be a similar thread. Well, even there is/was one, I guess it's obsolote and we can start another one.
How do I use internet?
I frequently check my mail accounts (gmail and school account), pages related to school, Turkish news sites (ntv, haber7, etc.), Turkish newspapers' sites, HyeClub forum, an international forum about Econ PhD, a Turkish forum and a blog about comics, a Turkish-English dictionary (seslisozluk) and nowadays listen to Rock FM on the net.
I also use MSN messenger, but am not a fan of it. About one year ago, I erased nearly almost all contacts on my list. And haven't created a Facebook profile though it's unbelievably popular here!
We used to use DC++ in campus for film & music sharing. However, we have some juridicial problems nowadays and our hub is sorta closed!
