On Glenoaks there is a Pizza Shop called Mr Kay's Pizza. He makes some good ass pizza. He's from Italy. I haven't been there in 3-4 years but I still remember the great taste.

There are two home made varieties that can't be beat, I'm sure they are somewhere out there in the world... maybe some of you in the bigger cities know of them.

    1) Basturma, tomatoes, onions, mozarella/kashkaval cheese

    2) Sujough, bell peppers, jalapino's, black olives and mozarella/kashkaval cheese

Have to take it easy on the kashkaval though )

Damn you Pepsi... now you got me all hungry.

Five to 10 minutes to get the dough done and set it aside for a bit. This can be earlier in the day, the day before, etc. Sauce takes like another 10 to 15 and then just simmers on it's own (the longer the better).
The rest is just cutting up some veggies, rolling out the dough, and assembling. They only take about 10 minutes to bake. So active prep/cook time is only about 40 minutes total (including cutting up veggies). It's even faster with another set of hands.
The results are totally worth the little bit of effort and you can make smaller pizzas so everyone can have their own. Ordering 3 or 4 small pizzas can get pricey if you're ordering out.
Pizza dough is ridiculously easy to make, but if I recall correctly, Trader Joes sells some dough.
