There are two home made varieties that can't be beat, I'm sure they are somewhere out there in the world... maybe some of you in the bigger cities know of them.
1) Basturma, tomatoes, onions, mozarella/kashkaval cheese
2) Sujough, bell peppers, jalapino's, black olives and mozarella/kashkaval cheese
Have to take it easy on the kashkaval though
)

Five to 10 minutes to get the dough done and set it aside for a bit. This can be earlier in the day, the day before, etc. Sauce takes like another 10 to 15 and then just simmers on it's own (the longer the better).Originally posted by PepsiAddict View Post

The results are totally worth the little bit of effort and you can make smaller pizzas so everyone can have their own. Ordering 3 or 4 small pizzas can get pricey if you're ordering out.
