Re: Going to Yerevan (first time)

You might smell if you spend a lot of time in the villages but if you're in Yerevan then hakuna matata. I've heard great things about Armenia, take one of those good Canon cameras and you won't miss a fly.

Burger Queen? If name and licensing rights was an issue, why didn't they just call it Keufteh King?

The villages even smell good. Armenia is one of the best places in the world and I'm not just saying that because I'm Armenian. I'm not sentimental. If it wasn't, I wouldn't say that.

I don't know but Burger Queen is real and it's actually found right in front of Rasiya! There's also AFC, lol. Armenian Fried Chicken ! Unfortunately, that's not a joke. So it's like you see both KFC and AFC in the city.

That's ok I guess if they are only catering to the tourists... like you said, some people can't live without their happy meals. Thats the reason why McDonald's follows the US military where ever it goes.

How so? Because the villagers are living away from the big city life dirt? I hardly sweat in the fantastic village weather and I've found the villagers one of the most hygienic/ clean people... of course remaining so with their own specific methods...

What the hell u talking about city dirt, smells.eating unhealthy foods.

Armenia is clean as most of european countries the only problem there is the wind that blows after 6.
We got the most nutritious foods, and our fruits are 1 of the best in taste and smell, also our water is one of the most tasty, and few in the world can claim that, considereting post soviet countries middle east, east, afrika,i can't talk about USA u tell me.
Armenian water is one of the goods that can be exported and be competititive with world know brands like Isrealy water that so much love Mantona.

I suggest people go and see Armenia today and then you can make your conclusions about her. It really is a beutifull place full of wonderful people. It is a great place for a vacation. Armenia offers a unique and very refreshing city life for those who are into city living but it also has a very diverse natural side, from forests to canyons, from caves to rivers, from mountains to lakes. For those into history and archeology, Armenia offers a unique oppertunity to find real artifacts that date back thousends of years and you do not even need to look hard for them. If you go you won't be disappointed but i do recommend you visit not during the peak of summer because it gets very hot in the city then.
