    I rather not try it, my internet speed is fast enough.
    Plus I have Windows XP so I don't want to risk it.
    MS and it's products can be a xxxxx sometimes so don't think everything is legit. Just try what I posted. Open the page. Don't change anything. Just check and see if 20% of your bandwidth is being eaten or not.

    I don't think Win2k had this issue and it probably won't work for XP Home edition. Although from my understanding, unless you're actually downloading updates from MS then that bandwidth should be made available. However, this is MS so it might just be a bug
