This phase of the awards has been completed and we will now be moving on to the voting process. Voting takes place through private messages where I will be presenting you (all active members) the list of categories for which you will be casting your secret ballot to by replying to me. Your vote should be given to active members of the forum and as you may have guessed, voting for yourself is not allowed. If you have any other questions, feel free to private message me or Siggie.

Voting will last from the moment you receive your private message (December 30) until January 5 after which polls will close. This should give each member an ample amount of time to vote. Last year's event was memorable and successful so let's make the second annual HyeClub awards all the same. We urge all members to participate in this fun event. Check your private messages and enjoy the fun-filled holidays everyone!

I got a great idea.

Poster of the Decade!

I believe HyeClub has been around since 2000, so it would make sense. Also, make sure you have a special announcement regarding HyeClub, by possibly looking for the past decade and remembering all the good times (past posters, threads, aliases, etc).

Also, don't forget to provide a collection of photos of the ceremony, along with the winners, and any trivia or behind the scenes information. We can possibly have a pre-awards ceremony and show the auditorium before it "fills" it up. HyeClub Lifetime Achievement Award!
