I'm telling you guys in advance. I know some of you tried but weren't able to come to the screening of my short film in September. So, this is your chance to come see another one of my short films on the big screen.
On Thursday, December 9, one of my short films will be screening on campus at the University of Southern California at 7pm. I'll post more details about this when I have them. I produced four short films for one of my classes this semester, and one of them will screen as part of the selected screenings.
I believe the film that has been selected is the film I "adapted" from William Saroyan's "The Armenian and the Armenian." In our second assignment, we had to choose a written work or poem and adapt it in our own way. So, this film deals with the themes of being Armenian, and I think it's something all of you would enjoy.
So, this is on Thursday, December 9 at 7pm. There will be other short films screened, all of which are from my classmates in this class. This class is known as "Creating Poetic Cinema" so all of these films are experimental, unconventional, and poetic. It's a chance to see some really extraordinary works, and I guarantee you will enjoy yourself. There will be a reception afterwards with all of us in attendance, as well as food and drinks.
FREE ADMISSION! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
University of Southern California
Ray Stark Family Theatre
