loosing water weight isnt loosing fat. The water will go back into your system later, so its like loosing it fast and gaining it fast. And to loose a lot of body water is not good, your body will get dehydrated.
just eat healthy. Loosing pounds fast isnt healthy for the body. A slow loss is better and healthier for the body and it stays off longer.
there is never an easy way of doing anything, and for a for sure thing like keeping weight off.
plus its good to eat healthy, it clenses your system. Rather then taking out all your nutrients, with the fluid that is excaping your body with the atkins diet.
if you want to loose water weight, just swallow laxitives lol, get dieters tea's. They make you go to the bathroom a lot and you loose your bodys excess water etc
Usually on 40 day fasting, the "fasters" should eat only food which do not come from animals with blood! Seafood is on the fasting diet, but fishes such as salmon,swordfish and nman tzuker who have blood are excluded.

This will definetly make my top 10 list of things I did not need to know. People will invent 1001 ways to make themselves feel special. Do they also only wear Nike sneakers on the 40th day?
