    Re: Peaceful Night

Peps, long time no see. Happy New Year MAN!!!

If there's something wrong with your buddy it may be with either one of the following:

    1. Diet
    2. Exercise
    3. Stress

    1. I'm not going to lecture you on a diet, because you're a grown man and know what to eat and what not to eat. Just try to take it easy on the junk.
    2. Not saying you should go an get a gym membership but you should exercise. 30 minutes of walking a day makes A HUGE DIFFERENCE as proven by research. My motto is eat w/e u want as long as u train hard.
    3. Don't know much to say here, other than do your best to keep things smooth and easy.

He's pretty young still. It's never a bad idea to get a check-up though I guess, especially if it's been a while since the last one. Get a clean bill of health and begin a lifestyle change.

It's all related to personal stress, you have to be mentally strong & motivate yourself
that's what I have to work on

Never go to bed when you are not sleepy. Also, dont have alcohol before sleeping.

This would be sound advice. The former will make you associate wakefulness with bed which you obviously don't want to do and the latter interferes with slow wave sleep which is the most restful, restorative, etc.
