Alright people. It's about time I posted something about this. These are some rules you should follow when using a cellphone.
Cellphones are a privelage and should be used as such. When driving, please try not to have hour long convos about ur bf's brother's cousin's neighbor having sex with a lama. Keep it to short, emergency only calls. Also, use a earpiece. Not only are u being safe on the road, but you're also preventing yourself from getting the harmful radiation that cellphones give out or bring in.
Important!!! If you use a Nextel phone, please LEARN ABOUT THE SPEAKER BUTTON ON TOP. It is there for a purpose. If you are using the Direct Connect or "walkie-talkie" feature, there is NO NEED to sound like you are a part of the police force. You can simply look on top, by the antenna, there's a little loud-speaker button. Just press that and open your flip. Your conversation will be kept private (as it should) and you won't annoy people around you. You can also use an earpiece when using the "walkie-talkie".
A little advice from the cellphone lady....I have worked with cellphones for almost 3 years. I used to be in sales, as well as service/repair. Here's a tip for you:
THERE IS NO CELLPHONE CARRIER THAT'S BETTER OR WORSE THAN THE NEXT!
They all have different services that they offer for different needs. So, don't go for the most expensive service carrier, just because you think you'll have service everywhere..because you will be disappointed.
Thank You.
