            Indeed.

Everytime I cut someone off on the road, or the checkout line, I like to recite it.

But uh..ya that's sad for the couple. My condolesces, but well, we all pay a price for quantifying marriage.

Newsflash! My sources tell me that the wedding was not at Ojakh...and that the owners of Ojakh are upset..for this is ruining their business.

              Alright, here it is.

They were on horse and carriage, which is typical for Armenians to do because....i dunno. Ok, they went to the reception on horse and carriage. The father of the bride told the owner of the "hall" that he wanted his daughter to go inside the reception on horse and carriage. Well, the carriage wouldn't fit through the doors, so the father suggests that the bride goes on top of the horse, and the groom holds the horse by the rope....bringing her into the hall "Princess Style". Soooo, the rest is history. The horse walks in, the lights go from dimmed, to bright...the Armenian ZURNA music plays, and of course, the horse gets kinda ticked. He throws the bride over on her back, instantly breaking it...and xxxxxles about 35 guests, who happened to be sitting around the enterence, including the groom. YEsterday, my sources told me that the girl was always in critical condition. It was never updated, the entire time she was in the hospital...which is why the groom sort of "gave up" <!~A**hole...and she passed away a few days ago.

This is a true story. I personally know someone who was there.

Emil, about the wedding that the 2 sides got into an argument, my aunt was there. She told me the whole story. SO, the bride's mom and the groom's mom get together before the wedding to discuss what they want/don't want...because IT IS THEIR WEDDING? Anyway, the groom's mother says that she doesn't want any surprises at the wedding. Well they all agree on this, but at the reception, they bring this "surprise singer", I don't know how....anyway..the groom's mom gets up, goes to the musicians, tells them to get off the stage. LOL So the bride's mom and the groom's mom get into this BIG HUGE FIGHT...and the bride and groom get involved. While people are trying to dance, these 4 go in and out of the hall, trying to make it seem like there's nothing going on. But, of course, EVERYTHING was going wrong. The bride and groom went on their honeymoon, and were fighting the ENTIRE time. They are still together.

Just when you thought it was safe to have a wedding...here's another true event...that happened last year.

              AHhhhhhh Alrightttt..
So this couple plans a lavish wedding, for abut 400 guests. The groom tells the bride that they should follow the "American" tradition and just meet at the church instead of the groom going and doing the whole "hars vertsenel" and picking her up. She agrees. The bride, along with the bridemaids and everyone on her side, go to the church to await her soon to be husband. AAAH the husband never shows up. In fact, they look around, and the bride's mother is gone as well. Hmmmmmmm... The bride, obviously cancels everything and goes home, only to discover that her groom has run away with her mom!!!!!!!!!

              AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh

Statisticly speaking marriages with fancy weddings are more likely to fail.
