Help!

Hey guys...

I've been sick for the past 2 weeks. This damn illness ruined my cousin's wedding for me last Sat. and I just don't understand why it's getting worse I have a REALLY bad cough....my nose is stuffy...and I just can't stop sneezing. Oh and I've had this terrible headache which no tylenol or excedrin can cure HELP!

If you know of anything I can do..Please...HELP ME!

Did you dry stacking up on vitamin C? I usally take up to 3000MG a day when I start feeling something coming on.

It's not just coming, it's here. I take 1 multivitamin daily. Maybe I should just try Vit. C? That's a good idea honey..Thank you! I do eat a lot of oranges (my fav. fruit)...so maybe that will help too.

Typical multivitamins only contain about 120MG. Not enough to really help. If you can get the 500MG or 1000MG Vitamin C pill. Hope you feel better.

YEA RIGHT...Stupid Dr. just gave me some antibiotics, which I hate taking..I want my body to get well on its own! I never listen to them anyway..so I don't see the point.
