Look, my conceit doesn't make me wrong. I may have the biggest ego this side of Russell Crowe, but that doesn't mean I'm not better than 99.99% of all humans on this planet. On looks alone, I would not place myself that high, but I'm a lot more than looks.

That said, I can find beauty in the smallest things from a hair out of place to an unfortunate scar to the quirkiness and inner workings of some people's minds. No conventional superficial definition of beauty would suffice.
