I just noticed something else. When you get en email saying that someone has replied to a thread you're subscribed to, the actual post is already in that email. I don't think it was there before the upgrade. If it was, then I must be sloooooooow. :-)

A suggestion: Shoutbox "hack". It would limit the chatroom style foruming, and make the place much more fun. just a suggestion. it works great on the Christian forums.
