There is nothing fun about it. I cannot imagine that you would enjoy being "found out" anyway.

Are you bothered that I'm having fun with you?

Nope. I just do not believe you are actually having fun.

Ask Aphrodit3, if she ever comes back. She's watched me laughing my ass off at you guys in these threads quite a few times.

Well I am sure quite a few people do that to you as well.

Anyway, people often laugh or "have fun" when they are uncomfortable and have nothing else to say.

I assure you I am not uncomfortable, but if it gives you pleasure to speculate, then pleasure be yours. All of you must remember that the ego of the good egoist is not easily effected, and it is certainly not bothered by the psychobabble of the internet uglies. In fact, if the ego of the egoist is indeed a defense mechanism, it is a damn good one, as he will take heed of almost no criticism whatsoever.

Rule #2: The good egoist must be a rational person of sound mind, which is a requirement to be able to act in one's own rational self-interest.

Rule #3: The good egoist will always keep his long term goals in mind, and will rarely settle for instant gratification.

Everyone is an egoist at heart. Get over it.

It is a matter of relativity. If that were true there would be no point in having such a concept.
