    24 Hour Armenian Channel

    Alright, I didn't know this when I moved to Glendale a week ago, but in Glendale, BASIC CABLE subscribers can enjoy 24 hour Armenian Channel!!!! This is just WONDERFUL I just have 1 simple question: Is there ANY TIME WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY ENJOY ONE OF THESE SHOWS? All of their talk shows are about stupid topics, and people call with there stupid comments....It's just crap! I want some real shows...with real topics, and real people!!!! Maybe I should come up with my own show! There was this show called....and get this UNIQUE name....MER SHOW! They were discussing the difference between men and women and how women should always be the ones doing the compromising in the relationship. There was this woman, among many who agreed with her, who called in to say that ALL WOMEN SHOULD BOW DOWN TO THEIR HUSBANDS FOR PROVIDING FOR THE FAMILY! My mom and I were stunned! LMAO....Anywho...these are the kind of shows that are on this channel. Can someone tell me a time frame when they actually have quality shows? Anything that might interest the younger audience? Any cool people I should look out for?

    I love stepan's show....was that his name?

    Hilarious! I think the guy's not so bad. Most of the things he says make sense, it's just that he sometimes discusses issues that armenians would rather not discuss I guess, and so they call and complain, or taunt the poor guy. But I love it when he loses his temper.

          i dont live in glendhell, but i do know stepan...he's hillarious....i think its called 'tser gardzikeh'..

            Ya... it's the most entertaining show around...but did it get cancelled? I haven't seen him on lately.

              Hey come on, I wish I had Armenian TV where I live. I mean I sometimes catch the news shows, but that's it, otherwise it's just commercials and there are no other shows.

                If people do not call in to disagree or pose an alternative then the discussions will not improve. Call in. Have other people call in.

                  I dont think the people in charge of the channel even know abotu ratings and cancelling...it's one of the most talked about shows on the network, they'd be dumb to cancell it, yet some Armenians don't realize the entertainment value and do something stupid like stopping something before it becomes more popular.
