In five years I see myself graduating law school and immediatly starting work at a huge law firm in NY. Preparing a speech that I will give to the president on why I am a good canidate for a Federal or Supreme Court judge. I will live in a studio apartment that was decorated by my sister, I won't be married or be in a relationship, and soon I will be planing a trip to Europe with family.

      And then I woke up

In five years bonds should mature and hopefully Cruz Oil will go public with my 17% in the company. I would be happy if I've found my ssignificant other and try to raise our blessed children with her. If things go good I'd still be in pasadena, if not I'm moving to Spain or Portugal. or maybe just maybe Australia. I wouldn't want much, just to be healthy, happily married, and loving my family more and more each day.

          OR

I'd be doing 2 concecutive life sentences with possibility of parole in 2037. San Quinton here I come.

Haha. I had a good laugh at pasa's second option.
As for me, I'll probably be in my first or second year of law school at McGill, hanging around with Tigran , after having completed my undergrad studies in either pol sci or journalism, or most probably a combination of both.

MOST PROBABLY no serious relationships or anything..or maybe divorced

I'll still be in Montreal, but I will be making frequent trips to Armenia and Eastern Europe to determine what I will be doing in Yerevan once I move there.

Mais bon, who knows what the future holds?

We should all print this thread out, keep it, and come back here 5 years from now (if the forum is still here) and share, see where we are and if our predictions were correct.

This is nice!!! I can dream a little bit!
Ok, lets start. I plan to finish my college June 2007 (arach Astvats)
Hopefully by that time I will speak fluent spanish and japanese and I will work in the courts for a while, later on I plan to go make-up art school for 8 months and become professional make-up artist, and do the make-ups of the celebrities, whom im gonna charge for every day make-up at least $500 bucks plus tax. also I hope i will have already the twins that i'm wishing, to have two boys, and couple of years later a girl maybe...and my husband would be an artist, who will be well established and he would make paintings for these stupid celebrities by order and he would charge each painting $20,000 plus tax....and then and then like Irene said

                I woke up

Just hatched a plan. My girlfriend and I want to open a bar/club in downtown Kansas City when we get out of college, which will be three years from now. The Anschutz Entertainment Group is building an arena there and hopes to attract either an NHL or NBA franchise (maybe the Hawks?), and with real estate prices and taxes skyrocketing on both coasts, businesses are already moving to the midwest. The people can't be far behind. I'm hoping KC will be the next boom town, and the arena will revitalize a relatively lackluster downtown area, providing us with a lot of business so we can make enough to buy some apartment buildings and rental properties to attain financial independence. If that doesn't work, we'll go to grad school, maybe med school.

Also, I have a very good friend in KC that insists she and her friends never have anything to do there; that all of the bars are just lame-ass hangouts for rednecks. I know there are college-age kids in the area, and if the young adults start migrating with the corporate relocations as I'm hoping (as my friend did), a happening club could really take off fast.

I will bet you 5 bucks that's not what you'll be doing in 5 years.
