Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

            Dear Diary,
Last night I had to meet my cousin's bf's parents for the first time. What the hell was she thinking? Another thing, why did I have to meet them? I mean, am I THAT important? Anywho, it was nice of her to think of me...b..u..t.. I still don't see why? Unfortunately, I was sitting next to her, pinching her every time she said something stupid....which was very frequent. Don't people understand that when you are meeting parents for the first time, you don't LAUGH like a maniac, or step on the mother's shoe? or talk out of your ass? or act like a 36 year old FREAK! UGHK...I had to leave early cuz I felt the wrinkles in my brain expand...but she did thank me for keeping her in line. I wonder what she's gonna do 10 years from now, when I'm not there. OH MY..

This morning, I had to wake up at 7:30 to come to work. Since I am the only person in the ENTIRE building working on a Sat., I feel extra lonely today. Sure hope one of my friends can come and have lunch with me Alright Diary jan...that's enough from me. I'll talk to you Tues. (my next day at work)

            Love,
            Violette

Just got back from surgery. its taking me quite a while to type this as my left hand is occupied in holding an ice pack to me left cheek. they put me to sleep with an injection and the surgery took bout 1/2 hour for 2 teeth. when i first woke up i was acting pretty stupid and my parents were cracking up. ok i just got hte ice pack off. 10 minutes on 10 minutes off . i feel no pain as of yet. lets hope it stays like that. i gotta go back in a week to get my stitches taken off. That sleeping stuff was pretty good. wouldnt mind to go in that office once a week or so and get one of those shots and just take a little nap and then wake up and feel really nice. I really want to watch the one hour curb your enthusiasm episode on hbo tomorrow. There was no episode last week for some crazy reason. Cant wait to find out if Armenia beat cyprus and whether Mger beat Joe. I want all you guys to go make accounts at www.whimit.com and back me up in the "islam peace or disease" forum. Im arguing with this azeri about the kharabakh war. go support our cause and put more armos on whimit.

Tiko jan, you are such a dedicated forumer, even pain doesn't restrain you from posting. Now this is what I call a man of principle. Congrats on the removal of your tooth, hopefully you can recover soon and finally substitute apple sauce for a thick and chewy steak.

                Dear Diary,

Today I woke up at 4 PM and my day was completely lost. Blame is directed to the person who kept me up until 5AM with the intense conversation about the divinity of life, as a result I was mental and physically drained and needed 11 hours of sleep to recuperate. Well at least is was worth it.
Todays thought “Don't place your eggs all in one basket, because if one rottens others will follow and I won't be able to make my Spanish omelet.”

                  "tennis in the rain"
have u heard of that before? well that's what I did today....we had a tennis game, and the coaches were soo desperate, they wanted us to finish up the matches....we were soaking wet, it was freakin pouring and we were out there hitting balls, but anyways we werent be able to fnish it up,because all of us were complaining(I mean I fell at least 3 times) although I was winning my match against a girl who i had a losing record to......it was a mental game for me....but ill get her next time......so we have to start the whole match again......that whole playing in the rain thing was for nothing.....so im a lil sick right now....obviously!
                  coughs, sore throat.....not so good!
