I feel bad for him, he suffered from alzheimer's..which is the last disease I would ever want to have before I die...it's sad really, I feel for Nancy and her family. Honestly though its better that his gone so he doesnt have to suffer any more pain, because that illness is too painfull for anyone to be able to handle. I dont care what horrible things he did as pres, no one deserves that much pain.

He didn't do any "horrible" things. Certain people are only in here to post the opposite of everything, and attract attention to themselves because they don't know how to hold a conversation. Nobody listens to them when they're not being schockingly unique.

As opposed to those who are only capable of one-liners and when they try to hold a conversation, it is often a blunder.

Saying the same thing over and over like a broken record ain't gonna make it true.

actually it's not so painful for the patient (i would presume) as it is for the family...i think he really 'died' a long time ago..it really is a sad looooong good bye...when your loved one slowely starts forgetting memories you've shared and eventually God forbid it ever get to the stage where they don't recognize their own children and spouse..THAT is one of the most devastating things possible!! ----my grandmother had alzheimer's and she was forgetful about things and would ask the same things over again...however we were spared and she didn't progress to the final stages and died of stroke complications...yeah life is a b*tch then you die... goal is to maximize happiness in life enjoy youth, health and never ever ever get attached to anything or anyone and take nothing for granted; that is the quickest and shortest route to pain and misery...

                  Again -

I'd rather get attached to someone and lose that person than never to be attached to anyone emotionally. But that's just me..

I guess life is a b*tch, because love does hurt at times.

                    However, what can you do?

                    Not love anyone at all?

Everyone is gonna go someday, and every individual in this life has a loved one they care about no matter what type of life they lead.

Think of it this way. Death is a new beggining which brings major change for the person who passes away and for those who loved that person. Those that loved the deceased individual will ALWAYS learn something new about their own lives.
