yup! that prostate enlarges as men get older ..uhm and then they can't go to the bathroom to pee cuz it blocks the bladder, then they get urinary tract infections..thus the plumbing wonders of the male reproductive system!

however, i have my own thoughts on why this happens! BPH that is (benign prostatic hypertrophy) and i attribute it to BAD sex karma! and that's why it doesn't happen to all men! i'd say it mostly happens to men who've been sort of bad and careless!--mother nature strikes back on her own time

Actually, the same thing that blocks hair growth/causes balding is the same thing that causes the prostate to grow: DHT (dihydrotestosterone). yes! and so the bald ones think they're more virile and masculine cuz they've got sooo much testo they lose their hair and then when they get older they grow it out of their nose and ears!! .....
