This is why I go to the 'Gym of Mike'. No down payments. No contracts. Just do 6 & 1/2 push-ups in the morning and go take a shower.

Anything you pay for you lose on it.. we all pay to much for everything.. but thats not the point.. Ballys.. ummm they arent thieves.. not to me anyways.. they deduct the money from my bank acount religously every month, and i check it.. the only problem is that i have a lifetime membership.. no cancellations.. HAHA thats hilarious .. but anyways.. im happy with them.. its not anything worse than any other place i have been to.

It's the worst place I've been to. I just went to a small gym chain close by and signed up for just a month. They also have those stupid "down payment" meberships available, but they offer shorter contracts. Balley's is much worse than anything I've seen.

bwt i was plannign on going on one of those low carb diets- has anyone done it yet and how's the meal plan like? i have been going to the gym for a whiel now and see results, but im sure if i watch my carbs ill do way better---but i just cant say no to hats oo paneer-- i jsut cant!! but yeah im willign to give up anything just to get to 100 lbs
