Being a girl myself, I don't mind if guys look as long as they dont have those perverted looks on their faces and don't say something gross. A girl dresses up sometimes to look pretty and feel pretty, so naturally she expects people, mostly men, to look at her. As long as it's a clean look, it should be A OK.

There is nothign wrong if a guy looks at a girl. infact i think it is completely impossible if either genders do "NOT" look at the opposite sex.. the attractive ones.. i mean. when i see a girl who is pretty, for some reason i suppose we dont even know.. we look at/appreciate the beauty.. there is nothing wrong.. BUT!! for my personal view on the "xxxxs" i see.. i make sure to look the other way.. sometimes they are disgusting. i may even find myself laughing at them while in line for movie tickets or something.. ...
