That's one disgusting baby. No wonder they aren't born till 9 months into development ... otherwise no one would keep them.

Okay I read about another case that has a little more explanation.
The embryo can fall out of the fallopian tube and into the abdominal cavity, when this happens, in most cases, it dies. Very rarely it can implant on the liver which is a rich source of blood. Even when this occurs most die, but there have been four cases where the baby has been carried to term, born, and survived.
