    Watching TV Stinks!

    Ok we were getting o/t on another thread. Obviously it's something *I* want to talk about

    why does tv suck so much?
    I Can't watch the news. All that Iraq stuff makes me sad.
    There's only 2 or 3 network shows worth watching (e.g., west wing, Law&Order, CSI) My personal choices

    Cable? Why should my dear parents pay $40 a month for something I barely enjoy anyway???

    dsl is my TV set… every since school has been out.
    My ACTUAL tv set mostly gets used for dvds or playing Xbox..now that is what my brother controls.

    Then don't watch TV! Go to the park, walk your dog, read a book, take up swimming or rollerblading. A lot of people out there don't want TV. I usually don't. I read newspapers for the news and listen to the radio in my car. No big deal...

      naaaaaaa its not a big deall...but being bored make you go crazy and you end up making threads for no reason at all!!!...now I should go and start reading...or walk my invisible dog down the street!

                    It’s just the quality of T.V shows have gone down the drain. There is nothing interesting to watch anymore. I guess it was different when I was younger, watching Dawson’s Creek and the MTV junk. Then talking to my friends about it for hours. I guess I have grown up from that stuff.
                    Ooh, but I have to say my all time favorite show to watch is Oprah. Now she hasn’t changed at all. She is the coolest 50-year-old billion chicka. I wonder how it feels to have a billion dollars. I would buy all the ice cream and pizza I have ever craved. YUM YUM YUM.
