Poor poor cynical jaded Armenian girls. I happen to think that there are A LOT of great great Armenian guys out there. You guys seem to have convinced yourself otherwise, get over it.

You know what is funny is that she is implying that "otar" guys hold better values, but fails to realize that society in general is morally degenerating.

This is more evident in the states and urban communities, but recently this trend is infiltrating the rural areas as well.

What I find even more surprising is that the rise of "hip hop" culture has occured during the decline of morality. Now, I am not saying they are "directly" related, but in no way does it help the situation by broadcasting the notion that it is ok to call women "xxxxxes".

What is equally more degenerative is how Armenians emulate this "urban" culture as a substitute for their own. Armenian guys and girls nowadays look at one another as a "player" and a "hoe", respectively. For 275 million Americans it does not make a difference, but for the small isolated Armenian communities it is making a huge impact and contributing to the extinction of the Diaspora.

Now, in no way am expecting every Armenian to be "Amish", but you have to admit that common sense and morality is in decline, so, do not just say that these problems stem from "Armenians" because they do not. They stem from the fact that you have corporations that are pushing for a morally degenerating society for profits and now this decay has infected Armenian communities.

Basically, morality is going to xxxx and it is taking traditional Armenian values with it.

IM not talking about dating. Im talking about grown up people.
Why do you always emply that it has to do with beeing better- or worse than odars...
or emplying that it has to do with dating???

I am talking about MORALITY and a sense of responsibility that simply does not exisist.
I never said this was merly an armenian thing. But i do know it exiist and I am the vicitim of this kind of behaviour(I am not saying that all armenian men are like this).
When i get out of this hell, i sure will not speak or even look at men or women like this be they armenian or alien from mars.

People with no values, and the hedamants traditional way of thinking...
i could Dream they were over-protective...and had respect...but when youre own family turns agianst you for some odd reason, and without explanating to you why they are acting they way they are, but just yelling i am just trying to understand what they're thinking.

You're so used to living around Armenians, that you've failed to realize most of the characteristics you attribute to our nationality is true of man kind in general. They're not unique to Armenians by any means. Men of any culture think with their d*cks, members of any culture bash each other, thinking one is superior to the other, the "nigger wannabe" fad is popular with many cultures, etc. There may be some traits or elements that are more specific to Armenians, but those are seldom the ones I see mentioned. So, what so many of you say is "typical of Armenians" throughout this forum, should actually be considered "typical of people". EVERYone's an assh*le, so sorry, you're not special!

I agree with everything you mentioned above, however, the "nigger wannabe" is very counter productive. It would be much better if Armenians emulated anything, but "black culture" because "black culture" is not a tool of progression. Furthermore, it places Armenians with a socio-economic group that in general is at the bottom of the barrel.

well, i think that armenian men have to be just like any other man.. i dont see why tey should be different.. but, the way i think "men" should "be" may be an idea only prevailant in some sort of a utopian society.. because we are all tempted ruthlessly in our lifetime... anywho... I think what the Bible says about a man's responsibility in the houshold is "perfect" in its most literal sense. Because it does not say nor imply anywhere that the wife should be "submissive" to the husband regardless of the husbands demands, it never states that the husband can say and do whatever he wants and the wife must follow, it expects the holly matrimony of the couple to bring the two beings together and then they shall live as one, one with heart and one with body, **this is where the importance of sex and the purity of life comes in...**... and as much as you are not into the Bible, you really cant dissagree with the "stereotype" of a real man that the Bible depicts.. cause it is perfect.,,, i dont know how off topic that was.. lol. but whatever... i think if we all just try atleast with an honest heart and put real effort into being that "man" he Bible depicts, we can have much better relationships.. PERIOD
