Cem (sounds like Jam) is a changed version of the Persian name Jamshed and Avestan name Yima. Cem is written in Turkish alphabet where C sounds like J or G.

Jamshed or also written Jamshid was a king in Iran. This name is very popular among Zoroastrians in Iran and India.

                  Lily

The English name Lily (Which is what my mother named me after; the flower) is ultimately derived from the Latin word "Lilium," from which the delicate flower is named. The lily flower has forever been a symbol of innocence, virginity, purity & beauty.

The flower has also been worshiped in many religions. It is used for the Catholic religion, especially at Easter, to symbolize the Virgin Mary. Baptist Christian's believe it symbolizes the resurrection of life in Christ.

In Ancient Rome the white lily was a symbol for the queen of the gods, Juno. Juno was told to be breast feeding her babe Hercules when some of her milk fell to the ground and bloomed white lilies.

Among Asian religions the water lily is symbolic of rebirth, but in addition to its religious meaning, the water lily is also a symbol of all that is true, good and beautiful, representing good fortune, peace and enlightenment. Water lilies are often portrayed in Chinese and Japanese art and traditional woodblock prints. Indian art and carving also, has the lotus flower as a prominent reoccurring design motif.

In numerology, Lily falls into the category of Expression number 7, which suggests a gift for investigation, analysis, and keen observation. Individuals with this name are said to be wise, peaceful and affectionate, but tend not to be overly sociable.

As you can see, the name Lily is not the same as "Lilith" who was Adam's first wife. The names are different in origin and symbolism.
