Weird application questions

I was filling out an applications, and along with it, there was a criminal background questionnaire. I was going through the questions, and came across one asking, "Have you ever been convicted of annoying or molesting a child under 18?"

See if that's illegal, then feeding someone till' they're 400+lbs should definately be illegal.

I never knew you could be convicted for incest. I just thought it was sick.
