Now that Iraq is nearing an end, there is only one thing left for G-Dub to do, and that's concentrate on domestic issues. The Righties are trying to divert the issue. I'd expect them to say "Now that the Saddam menace is gone, our President will now square sh*t away here at home like the great, future two-term President that he is!!"
Why am I not hearing that from the Bush supporters.
Places to start:
1. Restoring some civil liberties or at least making sure the watchers are watched.
2. Curbing the orgy of frivolous litigation or legal "system" has become.
3. Making horribly severe penalities for the Kenneth Lays of America. xxxx white collar. Pound me in the ass prison or death. While the executives' assets are frozen and devoted either to compensation for the other employees, economic stimulus packages or to their competitiors (which would be a nice incentive).
4. Going back to improving foreign relations with our allies (be they the old ones or new ones) and making America the beacon of the world once again.
5. Walk softly but continue to carry a big stick.
