He only went NEAR bankrupt in 1989. went from 17 billion to 500 million from 1989 to 1990. After that it's been all uphill.

The reason I said "bankruptcy won't affect him" is the best part, is because it's true. It won't affect HIM personally. None of his screw-ups do. But how many people are gonna lose their jobs during “debt consolidation”? Ergo he’s a dxxk in my book.
