yknow, i never even registered as a voter originally (2yrs ago), and i never got any notices or any xxxx sayin i have to register or i will get a fine. so consequently i don't have to vote at all, and i get no letters or anything bothering me saying i have to vote or i'll get fined lol. it's kinda weird. i've fallen in between the cracks of beurocracy hehe.
