Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

ok, so im walking down the school and i see a poster saying about free condom destribtution. i say, ok. school wants to medically aid people for safety, because they dont have money for condoms. red cross does the same thing, they give out free needles, condoms and soaps and stuff, so people will be healthy.
    BUT
the problem is that the AOC in NY state is 17. that means that people under 17 cant have sex. so how the hell does the school distribute condoms to kids under 17, knowing that sex is illegal. i mean they cant "allow" for crime to happen, right. because if someone doesnt stop a crime, hes guilty too.
i asked my teacher, and hes like yeah ur right, but whatever. i strongly believe that the AOC is officially being broken.
what are ur thoughts on this?
this thing really boggles the legal molecules of my brain.

Iv said this a couple years ago when i was offered free condoms... it just shows that "you havent broken the law until your caught" is more true than not.
How do you hurt a masochist?

this is bulshiat. you cant help or allow someone to do a crime. if your good enough to put out stupid puritan laws, than have the good grace to phucking keep them. now this is the government (public school) that is giving out the condoms. its like the storekeeper selling u alcohol. BTW, u know that condoms in some states cant be sold to minors. this issue puzzles me more than ever. how can the govt make a law and then break the law by giving out free condoms to kids. its like saying that you wouldnt use the gun to shoot people. i mean, maybe the kid wants to tie the condom around the doorknob.
so i guess its what u do with condoms, that makes it a crime. but again, u cant buy MJ even if u are just gonna use it as bathrooms decoration.

Im sorry but Im not the one who keeps bring this up. I understand that you are upset. And I dont think teens are hormone-crazed....Dont be upset with me when the goverment doesnt know what its doing. If you dont like it change it. Stand up for it..write to someone and complain.

And dont use bad words. Your not helping yourself by doing that. Take my advice and stop thinking about sex to much. Or that law...as you stated. When your 18 your problems will be over and you can do whatever you want with who ever you want. Relax my dear....your a good kid..............................

i am just a hungry-minded guy who liked to know things. if something bothers me i like to research it. and BTW, im NOT "upset" that im not "allowed" to have sex, or drink for that matter. im just interested in law and politics and stuff. i have to confess that no-one explained me the thing about AOC. thats why i keep bringing it up, over and over.
and lets be hostile. im not angry at you. im just angry at the "school administration". sorry if this issue irritates u. i understand why u say that i shouldnt think about this so much. but just i keep stop thinking about it, new "evidence" keeps popping up. its like other issues, like affirmative action or voting for felonies or immigration laws. people keep talking about them throughout the decades".

Well look at it this way, the school knows kids under 17 have sex every day, and im sure theyd rather that some kid has a free school condom to use in his pocket rather than be lazy/cheap to go buy a condom and decides to hit it raw, therefore further spreading diseases/babies. no?

                    i mean ur right.
but they are still breaking the law. and the fact is that only a fraction of kids have sex, and the ones that do-are mostly above the AOC and are not cheap to buy it.
