      He wants to scare people away...I sugest that you put some blood on the tip of your sword to look more scary...

        it is illegal to carry a sword unless you have a permit for it, it is illegal to conceal it unless you have a permit for concelaed weapons. (oes not need to be specified as a sword) It is not illegal if your sword is no longer than 2 3/4", and this you can conceal or not.

          I was thinking more along the lines of your blood, but tomato sauce is just fine. If I could just reach up into ma's cupboard I'd be handicappable.

          thedebutante...the purpose of this endeavor was to take a wonderful trip down legal lane ( sort of like memory lane or the yellow brick road but think of more papers) into California Statute law on carrying swords, because no one is truly aristocratic unless they carry a sword, and have tomato sauce on it too, per the suggestion of !EEK!

              at HOC they said if you have an knife opened in public more than I think 6 inches its a felony. Where if you have gun on you its a misdemeanor.

                Just shows you how screwed up the stupid system is. In Sweden, since guns are outlawed, most murders are done by knives and/or other stabbing weapons.
