The background isn't actually a pic, its a window set as a child of the desktop that has coloumns of text streaming down.
The program author isn't me, unfortunately. However, it is free, and uses only about 10MB Ram on my machine at most. It is automatically set as an Idle priority in the processor, so it doesn't slow down your comp while it is running.
The program goes by the name of Z Matrix. A google search will be sufficient to find the website that hosts the installer file.Comment
