Mondotte goes with Morbier (semi- soft french cheese)

this particular bottle is well complimented with a couple of cubes of ROZEN brand reserve smoked gouda. can't have 3 dollar cheese with 600 dollar bottle of wine you know.

dembo gouda goes with Riesling (gouda holland semi- hard cheese) by the way it goes with white champagne reallyyyyyyy good..

I just love the taste of gouda, it has that zety bite and thick feel.

i haven't acquired a taste for the soft cheeses, nor white wine.
