Wow! I have this one specific recurrent dream. I see it once every couple of years but I've never been able to figure out what it means (if it means anything at all). Like you, I've been seeing this since I was little.

My favorite flower is the dandelion because it's so much fun to play with and the leaves have a lot of medicinal properties.
I have a pet named Woody. He's actually a piece of bark that I pulled off of a tree about a year ago as I walked back from my date. It was meant to hold memories of the evening but I came home, made him a pair of eyes and called him Woody.

Sure, give it a shot. The dream takes place at night (for some reason it's always night time in my dreams). I'm standing outside an old shack that looks like it's about to crumble down. I'm with a group of friends and we're trying to decide who should go in and investigate. Of course, I happen to be the lucky poop. So, I go in and it's pitch dark. I can't see anything around me but I'm able to FEEL my way through the hallways. I can also SENSE a presence behind me, following close. I feel its eyes on me. It's not a person but it's also not an animal (it growls like a dog and hisses like a cat but I feel it walking upright behind me so it can't be either one). Anyway, it starts to chase me and I run with such terror that I can feel the numbing pain in my body as I sleep. It's so close behind me that if I slow down for even a second, it will surely get me. I run with all I've got and make it out the shack and as soon as I'm out, the feeling of terror disappears. I've never been able to look back and see what it is I'm running from. Maybe it's out of fright or maybe because I couldn't spare a moment to look...either way I never see it.
