All the photography classes and faculty housed in the Art departments at various universities, disagree with you.

Some would view photography as only capturing or reproducing what the eyes see anyway, but that's not the case...the reproduction is not neutral. A selection is being made by the artist. It's recontextualized to say something. It's a product of creativity. It most definitely is art.

To let you guys know..the first one is a Photo Real, second, is Surrealism, third and fourth are Impressionist.

These were all done in class for class projects

It's easy to say that, but if you've spent 5 minutes in a darkroom, you know it's not easy.
I've seen enough bad photography to know that that's not true.
