ISLANDS , they don't take reservations at all but they said they have a lot of tables to accomodate big parties. Normally Friday night wait time for 9 people would be about 30min. (This according to the guy I talked to on the phone)

ELEPHANT BAR , they don't take reservations for parties unless it's 15 people or more. Wait time depends on how many people are there when you get there. Usually about an hour.
