    I think the contrast between the peoples' choice photos and the editors' choice in the MSN photos of the year is really interesting. In case you aren't familiar with it, you can subscribe and vote on the picture of the week. The editors' picks are represented in the weekly selection, but the people do not pick these as their favorites, most often. What I find interesting is the theme of chaos, hate, and destruction in terms of editors' choice and hope, awe, love, and humor in the selections of "the people". It makes me like the masses for once.

    I liked the readers' choices better. They were better photos in my opinion, unless this was supposed to be about photojournalism only.
    Interesting contrast nevertheless.

      i like the readers choice MUCH better. though the content of the editor's choice was for a different mood or title atleast. imo
