What do you call your parents/grandparents?

I call my parents: Mama (Natalya) and Papa (Nikolai).
I call my step dad: Misha, short for Mihail.
I call my mom's parents Babulya (Roza) and Dedulya (Vladimir).
I call my dad's parents: Babushka (Eleonora) and Dedushka (Arutyune).
(I only see my mom and my step dad now)
I call my great grandmothers: Babusya (Hyekanush) and Babo (Manushak).
(I got to see them both before they passed)

We also already had a thread on this topic, so I merged them together. I kept the second thread's title because it's more descriptive.
