Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Jahannam are you xxxxing kidding me? Seinfeild is one of the most brilliant shows ever created. If you can sink as low as to like friends and thing that what they say is funny, to not enjoy the sophisticated wit is to call yourself insane. Friends has one of the most redundant story lines that I could ever imagin. Seinfeild, in all of its awesomeness, never has two stories that are the same. I'm sorry, you have no taste in television.

I think that friends is pretty much a meaningless show, with shallow plot-lines, but it's not alll the time, that you should look for "meaning" in everything, sometimes you just gotta take things, just for the hell of it, a laugh, or even drifting away from your daily worries / responsibilities, is what keeps people, (some I guess) from going crazy. so, ya, I love friends too!
These types of shows are like getaways. You can't always watch stuff that are "stimulating", or teach u something,

Seinfeld was good, I agree, It was very unique. But was it only me, or did that show always seem like it was an HOUR, rather than 30mins.

Everbody Loves Raymond is a veryyy funnyy one.

      I like morning News shows.

I liked old shows, like Golden Girls. I loved that show cuz of the old lady, she was just so Feisty for an 80 year old, so cute.

I love Lucy, I love, even after 15 years of watching re-runs.

      Reality shows SUCK.

But I liked American Idol, the first season. It should of been a one time thing, they're killing it by continuing, just like who wants to be a millionaire got killed after becoming a regualr.

      and Fear factor is SICK!

Rodger that. As for classic shows, go no further than Gilligans Island. Oh that crazy first mate and his youthful exploits.

I happen to relate to REALISM... Seinfeld is about good conversation between people you want to be friends with, living in a world u wish to live in, but never will... Money is NEVER really a problem, the players are ALWAYS equal, the dangers and triumphs are unimportant and fleeting... this isn't the stuff of realism, this is fantasy...white people, who sitcoms are about, desperately crave the escapism provided...
so i'm not "xxxxing kidding you" at all...

Well... first of all. Get your ethnicities right, they're all jews! there's a big difference between white americans and jews. Second of all Friends doesn't meet up to any of the things u have just criticized Sienfeld of doing. Yet... you still watch that crap and consider it to be entertaining. Since most of us are not complete dolts we can relate to something a bit more complex... humor wise. i gues its ok if u wanna stick with chanler making stupid comments to everything the other characters say, but i would prefer something that is truly funny. cak!

hmmm lets see who's supposed to get their ethnicities right...
not even that... lets just see who's supposed to KNOW the meaning of ethnicity????
since when "white" is an ethnicity? lol
the last time I checked ... white referred to CAUCASIAN...so there's white christians, white muslims, white buddists and white jews, etc...
just making sure there... Mr. "I call people names and I tell em they don't have taste and they sink low and they watch TV to feel smart"
are we debating here? or is this a cussing competitin...
you don't need to use the F word to prove your point...
that only makes us (your opponents) more chill or calm...
I don't hate.. I just get even...(apparently unlike some people here)

When someone says they are 'half Jewish' that implies an ethnic connotation.

When you criticize Israel or Jewry you are referred to as an 'anti-Semite'. Arabs are Semetic peoples. They are an ethnic group that go back to Biblical times.

Again one of the greatest deceptions is that Jews are not a group but a religion. There are different types of Jews. The white Central and Eastern European Jews are what we call the Ashkenazim Jews. The ones from North Africa, Mid East or Spain are the Sephardim.

Seinfeld by far is one of the biggest Jew fests I've seen on a sitcom.

Right, jahannam arguing with you is damn boring. While i have points, you have "dont cuss/you suck." Butting heads with anon is much more interesting. Oh yeah and white is synonymous with Caucasian. While technically Judaism is a religion, it has come to be known as a group of people, Jewish by ethnicity.
