Why? Because a title like this lights the fires of sarcastic and serious replies alike. This thread now has potential for a serious poster to get pissed at the thread jokester and start the bashing. All of the while, a pseudosolid discussion with a bunch of regurgitated xxxx will be going on.

The goal of this thread shouldn't be lost though.....I want some creative answers and original thoughts as to what in the hell a black hole is anyway.

I think a black hole is what balances out the universe. Seeing as how the universe is expanding at a constant rate, black holes are constantly sucking in matter. As the universe expands, more black holes will be formed. All I know is that they suck in every form of matter and light. I wish we could send a camera through one and somehow maintain contact. Its facinating.
