Okay don't kill me for making this thread . I truely believe the man is innocent, I really do... I was watching the trial today and for some reason I couldn't believe the accuser, I think he was just making things up! It was just too fake! They're after his money is what I think....

He didn't do it...and here's my theory behind it:

Obviously everyone has heard about his f*cked up childhood...with the beatings he got from his dad and his controlling and verbally abusive mother, no wonder the guy grew up so friggin weird. I guess he never had a "normal" childhood like all the other kids so the fact that this 40 something yr old man is drawn to the company of little kids is understandable. Why do you think he built his Neverland Ranch? It's one big playground for him...something he wasn't able to experience when he was growing up because he was too busy singing and dancing like a puppet for his parents and the world. People take advantage of that child-like innocence...and it helps that he has a lot of money...

This I certainly can agree with...other then that we really can't know for sure can we. I hope that he gets a fair trial and if he is innocent he is vindicated and if guilty he burns - pure and simple.

yeah - I'm posting here with all you "kids" and I'm no perv... eh? ....yeah so what's an innocent little squeeze now and again? ...and so I like to keep my hands in my pockets...whats it too you? ...and you could probably use more protein in your diet anyway... well i think hes guilty but hes famous as hell so even if there was video proof he would still be found innocent.

How were the children able to tell police where he kept his porn if he didn't look at it with them? They even had the childrens' AND his prints on them.
Several witnesses have also seen him give alcohol to minors.
The boy from the previous accusation accurately described distictive features of areas that should be clothed.

I think he did do it and he'll get some jail time for this. At the very least for giving alcohol to minor which has max sentence of 9 yrs I believe.

Siggie - I've heard some (but not all ) of these things alleged as well...but again its all heresay until proven otherwise by standards of evidence.

And I do share (not Cher) Ak's concerns that his $$$$ & fame might let him walk...a la OJ...however it seems as if the prosecution is really after his (white) a s s ....but one never knows - lawyer tricks - is ussually what swings it in the end...and of course if the facts are as you say - and the jury hasn't been bought off (free passes to neverland ranch!! - and the further chance of the golden ticket with the combination to Michaels liquor cabinet [made to look like a 7-11 slurpee machine! and directions to his bed - for when you pass out from the valiums taped to the bottom of the glass! etc etc...one never knows...)

How are fingerprints and the possession of that kind of specific knowledge hearsay? It's not hearsay, it's directly from the alleged victims' mouths.

Based on what is said here alone I think something is wrong in this. No normal adult would have children even exposed to such things or even possibly getting such an impression. I dont care if he is "punished" for anything as long as they make sure that no other child will be hurt by him.

He was abused by his father, he had a disfunctional childhood, he clearly has a messed up self-image; this man cannot be trusted whether he is guilty in this case or not!

I personally would like to know what these parents were thinking - thats IF they were thinking.

I don't get your comment about the disclaimer for my sake.....Maybe I'm still sleepy..lol.....As far as Michael's case, I hope he's not guilty because I think he's the king of pop, but if he molested that kid, then he should go to where he belongs, jail or hell!
