So, I'm feeling a bit sick today. I just coughed and OMG WHAT THE HELL KINDA SOUND WAS THAT? There are certain sounds that shouldn't come out of a female and that was one of them. I think I'm catching something...

I was constapated last night, and had pains all night. IBS sucks. Now its better, but I missed two massage appointments in a row, and now my back is noticing.

I am always constipated when I go to the lavatory. Sometimes I drink so much H2O, but still I get constipated and then sometimes it comes out soft...
It's craziness....

tha's sad, you know what you should do; Eat a ton of ice cream and then drink a whole bunch of water right after.

There are certain fruit that make it harder or softer. If you eat an apple every day, you shouldnt be constipated anymore. Stay away from like plums and blueberries. Thats all I remember. lol
