that is such an american mentality. "ouhhhh, single people need special places or dating games or hook up events and websites to meet other single people"...
it all depends on what kind of a person you're looking for.
if you're looking for an armo to settle with, your best deal would be organized dinner dances. Only in Southern California there's at least 4 or 5 barahantesses on ANY saturday night of the year.
if you're looking for a drinking buddy, bars. LA bars are full of all kinds of armos. (and I didn't mention clubs here cuz clubs nowadays are for early 20s people, then again depends on the club)...
obviously, you wanna meet someone armenian. it's called GLENDALE. lol just go anywhere in Glendale. starbucks, Ralphs, galleria, barnes and nobles. we're everywhere baby. you just need to be able to start conversation with strangers, which (if you're not good at) is pretty easy to learn. practice makes it perfect. (so be careful what you practice)

ummm, I'd have to disagree, at least when an ugly chic rejects you, you can be like "ahh, she's ugly anyways, who gives a damn", but when shes fine and rejects you, it's like "damn!"
